City Departments

Salisbury has several departments and services offered to our citizens. One of the most important is the emergency phone number - 911. We have an excellent Police Department. A Fire Department, Utility Office, Street Department, Water Plant, Sewer Plant, Dulany Library, City Pool, Salisbury Golf Course, and of course, the City Offices.

James Blackwell is our Police Chief. Jamie Cruse is our Fire Chief. Tom Burkhardt is the Superintendent of City Services. Tonna McSparren is the City Clerk. And Joe Fehling is our Mayor.
